Payment & Titling - Checkout
Buyers have three business days to submit full payment after the auction or purchase. During checkout, Tactical Vehicle buyers will be able to purchase one of three types of ownership documents:
- Form SF97 is a U.S. government-issued certificate that can be used to obtain a title for a vehicle
- Transferable state "Off-Highway" title
- Bill of sale
EUC and Pickup/Transportation
After Checkout, HMMWV buyers will have to fill out an EUC form and wait for government clearance by the Trade Security Controls (TSC). The EUC process may take up to 60 business days. Once your EUC has been cleared by TSC, you will receive an email with your Item Release Form. You will then have 10 days to reach out to Pickup Support and schedule a pickup.
