The unit has been damaged by smoke contamination following a fire in June 2019.

    • The unit was fully operational before the incident.

    The unit was turned on during the fire incident and was turned off immediately after the area was deemed safe by the fire brigade. Sprinkler systems were not activated as a lateral and vertical evacuation regime with compartments was employed.

    Some cables are included but not all cables are as some were scrapped.

    • A small fire occurred in the control room next to the room in which the scanner was located. The damage to the scanner is smoke contamination within the unit. The scanner has recently been removed from the hospital where it was located and is now in storage, please see first photo of how it is currently lying and packed.

    Please note that the controller/software/manuals are not included these were stored in the room which contained the fire and were therefore destroyed.

    There are 8 packages that require collecting. Please refer to last 3 photos. There is a forklift & location can assist with loading free of charge if driver is available. The successful buyer will receive 10 days of free storage following receiving the invoice, thereafter storage costs of £30.00 plus VAT/week will app

    Conditions After the lot closes, the Seller will decide either to accept or reject the high bid. If the Seller accepts, an invoice will be issued and the lot will transact. If the Seller rejects, the Buyer will be notified and there will be no sale. A Seller award decision is expected within 2 business days of the close date.
    Removal (i) This Item is being sold AS IS WHERE IS. NO customs, export, or import assistance is available from our Company, the Seller, or the Storage Location. Our Company, Seller, and Storage Location expressly disclaim the appropriateness of this item to be exported from, or imported to, any country. Shipping, logistics, transportation, loading, customs, export, and import activities, and all associated costs, are the sole responsibility of the Winning Buyer.
    Removal (ii) Buyers are required to examine all items prior to removing from the location. If the items differs significantly from how it was represented in the lot description, the Buyer must contact Customer Care before removing.
    Removal (iii) Removal Deadline: 8 days after the invoice is generated. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are subject to additional fees and forfeiture unless the winning buyer makes specific arrangements with the storage location.
    Extended Bidding In the event that a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes of the auction close time, then the auction will be subject to 3 minutes extended bidding until there are no bids for a full 3 minutes.
    Viewings Viewings are possible. Equipment can be unpackaged and rewrapped. Please advise in advance however as there may be a charge.
