The unit sustained fire damage on 12/01/2022. It has been reported that the lumber exhibited varying degrees of fire damage to one end of the three forwardmost stowed bundles. the plastic had melted and stuck to the lumber in various locations and approximately 90% of the ends were charred to varying degrees. the remaining lumber exhibited smoke odor and soot on the external packaging; however, the lumber within the six remaining bundles appeared to have been well protected from direct fire or smoke damage. This unit is being sold as part of an insurance claim.
